Skinnytaste Cookbook Review

I don’t believe in “dieting” but I do believe in eating well. So it was a great find when I came across the SkinnyTaste food blog a few years ago and my life has never been the same. Every so often I scroll through pages of Gina’s wonderful blog in search of the next thing I’ll whip up in the kitchen. I happily give her the credit to my love and improvement of cooking. Gone are the days when I would be intimidated by a food recipes long list of ingredients and directions that I didn’t understand. I dove into the world of food blogging and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have whipped up lots of delicious recipes, but just like with every chef-in-training, have had a few fiascos (the cake incident of 2013) still makes me wince. I gave up baking for a while after that. I swear I followed the directions!! I love Skinnytaste because you can still eat what you want and it’s healthy. Not eating what I want doesn’t work for me and I feel much happier when I’m eating the things that I love. So think.. your favorite dishes: Fettuccine Alfredo, Pasta Bakes, Breaded Chicken, Chocolate Cake (but healthy versions.) Happy Cooking!
