Osterley House is neoclassical mansion on a Georgian country estate. With its landscaped gardens and park, it’s a contrast from London. It’s actually one of the largest open spaces in London and was once a retreat for wealthy families. Right off the Piccadilly line on the way to Heathrow airport, Osterley welcomes you with its tree lined drive. As one of the oldest (surviving) country estates, you can wander ancient meadows and have lunch at their stables tea room.
