We’ve slowly but surely getting through our 33 Walks Challenge and last week’s walk was from Blackheath to Greenwich Park was the perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday. These are two South London gems. They are both set upon hills with plenty of greenery with wonderful, expansive views of the City and Canary Wharf.

The walk took us through Greenwich Park and the Royal Observatory, THE home of Greenwich Mean Time, and past the Admiral Lord Nelson Statue, making this walk full of remarkable history. We were also spoilt to have a lovely, bright, clear day (which called for a stop at an ice cream van)!
